  very disappointed.. when I rang and placed my order for my sons dinner, I asked for the kids pack and for the fish bite etc be cooked and packed separate as he has a mild food reaction to fish. The young guy that I spoke to was really nice and thanked me for letting them know about it and guaranteed it wouldn't be mixed up with the chips and other food I ordered for him.
  When I went and picked it up, another young guy wrapped it up and clearly didn't read the note on my order that the fish had to be separated and just looked at me and "goes oh I've wrapped it in the pack is that ok?" Hmm no!!
  
  He didn't offer to re cook the food and just took it out of the pack and placed it in another brown bag with no apology or anything..
  
  Very disappointed with the communication within the shop.

  Food has gone way down hill along with its service.
  
  Used to be a great shop and for some reason the prices have gone up and the servings smaller.
  
  When you get my order wrong over the phone and then accuse me of telling them said wrong order then near abusing my wife when she goes to down to pick up and pay for the food missing?
  
  A little customer service goes along way mate and after living around the corne from the shop for 20 years and always going to these shops you have lost a very loyal long time customer and we will be absolutely happy to drive 10 more minutes for better food and a smile.
